COPS student Lindsay Hoffman takes job at U of Delaware
Congratulations to Lindsay Hoffman, who after going on several interviews (and experiencing a number of other contacts expressing interest) has decided to accept an offer to be an assistant professor in the Department of Communication at the University of Delaware. As a former BA/MA graduate from that program, I can attest to the strong quality of this program. Lindsay will still be with us through the end of the summer, but please take the time to congratulate her on getting this job so early in the search process.

Very nice performance Lindsay, not only on the job market but over the last few years here at OSU. Lindsay proves what is possible when you dedicate yourself and have confidence in what you can accomplish.
Thanks to all the COPS members for offering such constructive feedback throughout my job search! Now, back to the "Big D." :-)
Congrats to Lindsay! I'm so excited for her to continue her amazing research career at U of Delaware. I admire Lindsay and aspire to be as successful as she is. I'm sure she'll agree she's always a Buckeye, but being a "Fightin' Blue Hen" is pretty cool too! :)
Lindsay,
I have already stated this to you personally, but let me also offer via the COPS blog a heart felt congrats on the Delaware position. You are a terrific representative for the OSU program, and there is nothing more that a PhD program can ask of one of its graduates.
Well done!
Lance
